The rooms were quite nice and clean all things considered. The breakfast that you buy is quite limited for a luxury hotel but is still quite good. The lounge is usually stacked with some nice snacks and drinks throughout the day and provides a nice view of Paddington Station. Located right in front of the Paddington underground and right next to Paddington station, it is very convenient for getting where you want to go. Most the staff were extremely kind and professional (especially the front desk and concierge desk) I would definitely stay again if I were to splurge on a nice holiday to London.

Amazing location, tube lines right below and shops for a quick snack. The largest room you’ll ever have in London. Older property so some things need attention, but overall would stay there again. Front desk staff had a room for us at 2pm. Always would want sooner after a red eye, but they kept up with messaging us updates.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hilton Paddington. My friend and I are middle aged women that highly value comfort, individual space, cleanliness, a reasonable price, and safety. The bed was super comfortable! We slept soundly and weren't interrupted by light or sound. We had a room with twin beds that easily rolled so we each had our own space without bedsharing or breaking the bank with larger beds. Although they were twin beds, they were very roomy. The room was clean and 5-stars for the housekeepers! Every day they cleaned our room so nicely and with care. It was nice returning to a clean room after a long day of walking. We also felt very safe in this hotel. I wasn't sure if the entrance from Paddington station would be a pro or con, but it was 100% a pro. It was very convenient to access our hotel from the station, but people did not just randomly walk through. No different from any other hotel lobby. Based on our experience I highly recommend this hotel.

This was our second stay at this hotel. In February 2026, we thought we had found a great hotel. What a difference experience this time!! Very disappointed. Apparently we are members, whatever that means!! Arrived at 12.30 to just drop off our luggage. Didn't get back to hotel until 11pm after watching a show. 1. Plug in sink wouldn't budge so wayer wouldn't drain. Hubby had to unscrew plug and remove. 2. No sanitary bags. 3. Shower gel had been diluted. Used hand gel instead but a bit difficult as screwed down by sink. 4. Empty body lotion bottle screwed down. What is the point. Paid £371 for the room. No breakfast as we always go for a walk on a Sunday morning abd eat after the walk. Is this the standard & quality that Gulshan Pyarali Bhatia was aiming for when she owned a number of Hilton hotels within Central London? When one of the receptionists asked me if I was happy with our stay and I replied that it was ok but not as good as experience we had last time, either she wasn't listening and it was just a rhetorical question or she ignored what I said but she didn't enquire any further which could have avoided this poor review!!

While this hotel is located in a great area for connectedness, it is embarrassing to consider this a 4 star hotel. This hotel is genuinely closer to a Motel than it is a Hilton. It is extremely outdated, dirty, and run down. It could use a total overhaul and renovation. Upon arrival, our sheets were dirty, towels were dirty and there was a literal croissant in our hair dryer bag. The rooms are disgusting, with dust and dirt caked everywhere. There are also no refrigerators in the rooms. While some of the staff at the front were kind and helpful, one in particular (Ludovek?) was extremely rude when I asked for help with our broken thermostat/AC unit. In the middle of a heatwave, I had to ask for the thermostat/AC to be repaired at least 4 times and it took 3 days and me standing at the reception for them to actually send someone to fix it. All they offered me when I complained was 5000 Hilton points - which is useless as I’ll probably never stay at another Hilton again. My family and I would have checked out and gone to another hotel if everything else wasn’t sold out. Highly DO NOT recommend unless you’re looking for a disgusting stay.
