About Venue
The Lord Wargrave is a local's favourite with a cosy atmosphere and traditional features. The expansive bar is the focal point of the venue serving an awesome array of whiskeys and draft beers. Our smokehouse kitchen whips up the best in American inspired grub to accompany our growing selection of bourbons and whiskeys from across the world.
The Lord Wargrave is nestled on Brendon Street, just off the Edgware Road, Marylebone. We're a short walk from Hyde Park and Oxford Street, and a stones throw from Baker Street and Marble Arch tube stations.
We smoke all our meat in-house and probably do the best St. Louis pork ribs in town. A whisky fan's paradise, with over 200 different whiskies. If you like a sweet and smokey bourbon, a peaty single-malt or a super smooth blended, we've more than likely got the drop for you. We also have a great selection of rotating cask ales and keg beers, and our Sunday roasts are second to none.
Available for private hires, this venue is the perfect spot for that relaxed London wedding reception, to celebrate a birthday with your nearest and dearest or to party through the festive season with your colleagues.

Hands down the best ribs in London, topped off with the best service and recommendations from Elliot. Very accommodating for gluten free. 10/10

This place is an absolute GEM 🥹 We had no expectations, just happened to stop by for a Sunday roast, and wow, it blew us away. The beef ribs were incredibly tender and packed with flavor, and the portion was HUGE, the truffle fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside. The server and bartender were genuinely lovely, and to top it all off, the food came out in just five minutes. Couldn’t have asked for a better surprise!

Super solid Sunday roast! Chicken and veggie roast were a tad dry, but came to life with the gravy. Veggie sides were delish. Vibes (atmosphere and service) were excellent, making it a 5 star experience for us.

This pub know for being an excellent smokehouse & popular whisky bar. They smoke all their meat in-house so I was expecting good things from their roast. It lived up to my expectation as the meat was top tier! Roasts: - Chef’s Roast (Hereford beef, Duroc pork, White Cobb chicken) -Roast Beef - 28 day dry aged Hereford rump of beef Both served with roast potatoes, swede, carrot, greens, Yorkshire pudding and gravy Sides: -Pigs In Blankets -Cauliflower Cheese -Smoked Mac & Cheese -Smoked Bone Marrow -Sauvignon blanc All three smoked meats were cooked well & tender with a good flavour. No dry chicken here! Accompanied with beautifully seasoned crisp roasties, with good selection of veg. The gravy was decent, but the Yorkshires were a bit too heavy & dense for me. Pigs in blankets were banging & enjoyed the bone marrow. Oh my.. the cauliflower cheese, wow! It is my far the best out of all 45 roasts I’ve eaten so far. So cheesy with perfectly cooked cauliflower, just how it should be! Also enjoyed the Mac & cheese, not something I would choose to have with a roast personally. But my friend disagreed & thought it was an excellent addition to her roast! Overall an excellent roast, I would definitely have it again. Lovely cosy pub with great service. I need to come back to try their BBQ menu soon, it looks unreal!
