Extremely well located for transport, it is in a little square so was calm & quiet which was needed after a long day travelling and business the next day. The room was exceptionally well appointed and the staff welcoming. In the room there was a selection of soft drinks and juices free of charge. Breakfast is in a lovely cafe accessed from within the hotel and made a welcome change to the regular hotel buffet breakfasts - there was plenty available to help yourself to, such as fruit, cereal and pastries but also a good a la carte menu (included!) making the hot choice freshly cooked for you. I highly recommend.

renovations were taking place at the time of our stay. The elevator was out of order, so it was quite inconvenient going to & from our original room on the fourth floor. We were moved to great room on the ground floor on request. Staff are fantastic, very helpful & friendly. Breakfast was a little disappointing, eggs were overdone, but overall OK. Restaurant staff were great.

Very small but comfortable room. A/C was great to have and worked well. Great breakfast at Bella Italia (connected to the hotel). Unfortunately housekeeping never cleaned our room during our 3-day stay.
