We had such a great stay here over the weekend. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding and the whole team made us feel welcome. A special thank you to Sara and Deeia, who were both so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. The hotel’s location was also ideal, just a short walk from Paddington, making it really easy to explore the city and travel around.

★★★★★ Excellent Stay at the Mercure Hyde Park Hotel Our stay at the Mercure Hyde Park Hotel was one of the best experiences we have ever had in London. The location is outstanding—just a three-minute walk from Paddington Station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation throughout the city and to and from the airport. The hotel is also perfectly situated just a couple of minutes from Bella Italia and a nearby Big Bus Tours stop, making sightseeing and dining extremely easy. Our room was exceptionally quiet, which can be hard to find in a major city like London. It was also expertly laid out, with thoughtful design and excellent use of space that made our stay very comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone we encountered was beyond helpful and genuinely dedicated to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. They went out of their way to assist us and provided numerous recommendations and tips on things to do, see, and experience in the area. Their local knowledge and willingness to help added tremendous value to our trip. If you’re looking for a hotel with a perfect location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding customer service, the Mercure Hyde Park Hotel is an excellent choice. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.

Great location! Super friendly staff Adan and Deeia! The rooms are super clean and quiet for a busy London location. Shops and restaurants are in short walking distance. Would definitely stay there again! I stayed 5 nights. They have a wonderful restaurant attached to the building Bella’s, I ate there over 5 times. Their breakfast is wonderful and a very special praise to Ash who served us with such kindness.

This was an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel was easily accessible from Paddington Station. The rooms were tidy and comfortable and the staff put a sweet little surprise in the room for my birthday. The fridge is stocked with some beverages, which is wonderful after long days of walking and sightseeing. The team at this hotel was wonderful. We had the best experiences with the staff - from the housekeeping team to the night staff. Frankie, Josh and Baher from the evening shift were especially kind and welcoming - absolutely appreciated them when we would come in late after a long day/night. I spent a long time researching hotels for this trip to find something that combined comfort, convenience, location, and price, and this was a wonderful option. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends/family visiting London.
