The main gallery is a large white room with a semi-industrial feel and the studio has red brick walls and a wooden floor. With a 3-phase power supply and super fast broadband, it's a great place for holding press days, launch parties, conferences, exhibitions, presentations, trade and fashion shows, and many other types of event.

Cancellation policy

Strict. In the event of cancellation by the Hirer, 100% of the Hire Fee will remain payable upon signature of the agreement. The property owner will use reasonable endeavours to re-let the property for the period. If they are successful the re-let fee will be deducted from the Hirer’s cancellation fee.
