More than 90 days before the Event Date: a full refund is provided, excluding any deposit, which is non-refundable. 89–31 days before the Event Date: cancellation fee is 100% of the deposit, plus 50% of estimated costs. 30 days or less before the Event Date: cancellation fee is 100% of the deposit, plus 100% of estimated costs, plus 100% of any additional costs already incurred by or on behalf of the Event Manager as at the date of cancellation.
