The hotel has 77 classic en-suite guest bedrooms, which feature carved wood furniture, LCD flat-screen televisions and Wi-Fi and broadband access.

Breakfast and dinner are served daily at the in-house restaurant, while light meals and traditional afternoon tea can be ordered in the inviting lounge bar.

Flexible meeting and events rooms are available for private hire, plus PCs, colour printing and fax services for the convenience of business travellers.

Famous local attractions include Kensington Palace and Gardens, the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Royal Albert Hall. Knightsbridge's famous shopping street and Harrods's are a short walk away. A detailed location map can be found on our Travel Information page.

We were very impressed with this hotel. From the entrance we were welcomed by friendly people, very hospitable. The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast was over expectations, a vast amount of delicious food ,served in lovely clean room. The Hosekeeping manager, Gyongyver was very polite and professional, and everyone was "in the right place, at the right time" kind and helpful. We'll be back, surely!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, and the staff were always ready to assist us with the best arrangements. Everyone was extremely helpful and attentive. I would especially like to mention Amina, the Housekeeping Supervisor , we accidentally left a phone behind, and she made sure it was safely kept until we returned to collect it. We are truly grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service throughout our stay. Everything we needed was provided with care and efficiency. Thank you very much!

Check in by the extremly courteous staff was quick and efficient, something they all maintained through my stay. The superior single I had was clean and functional, with kettle, tea and coffee provided, a small TV and a fan on a desk with chair. The shower was exceptional, though the toilet required gymnastics to sit on, it was VERY close to the sink, and a but uncomfortable for a larger man.Little noise apart.from.somes motorcyclists having a race at 01.30.... Breakfast was disappointing. I paid £24.50 for a full English with poached eggs. The eggs were overcooked, very watery and tasted a little odd. 2 slices of bacon, 1 thin sausage ,watery baked beans( from the egg) with tomato and mushrooms. The bacon and sausage tasted fine, but the rest was a bit meh i should have said something, but not my way. Looking at other patrons continental breakfast, I should have had that, looked nicer. Though still expensive. I think most people had breakfast included in the price of their room, but I did not as went through a third party. Just so you're aware!

Overall, the staff was friendly. Checking in and out was easy and super quick. The location of the hotel was amazing. It was a 5 to 7 minute walk to Gloucester Road tube station, a couple of grocery stores, several restaurants, cute shops, and attractions such as the Natural History Museum, the Victoria & Albert Museum, and Royal Albert Hall. The dinner options at Earl's (the restaurant located within the hotel) were tasty and reasonably priced. While there were several positives about the hotel, the negatives are what will prevent me from staying at this location again. The room was a lot smaller than I had expected (we stayed in a double twin room). It's not the worst thing in the world, but with two people and suitcases (1 per person), there wasn't much space to move around. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. The rooms do not have any air conditioning, so the room was hot at night, adding to the sleeping difficulties. You can open the windows and are provided with a small fan, but it didn't help much. We had issues with water draining properly from the tub. When we showered, the water drained so slowly that the tub would fill with water; it was like you were taking a shower and a bath at the same time. This issue was brought to the attention of hotel staff three times and was never resolved during our 7 night stay. Each time, we were told that maintenance would be notified and asked to look into the issue, but the issue was never fixed. If you have mobility issues, you may want to steer clear of this hotel. There is no ramp to get up and into the entrance/lobby of the hotel. The elevator (or lift) is slow and small; you can fit 2 people in it comfortably, 4 if you squish. The sides of the bathtub are really high, making it a little difficult to step in and out of if you are short or have mobility issues (I am unsure if they offer walk-in showers). It may seem like an odd complaint to some, but there was no cold tap water for drinking. The best we could get was luke warm, which would have been fine if there was an ice machine, but there wasn't one. Lastly, the breakfast at Earl's is a bit of a ripoff. The continental breakfast was £19.99 for a basic selection of cereal, fruit, deli meats, cheese, and pastries. If you want any items such as eggs, bacon, or sausages, it will cost you £ 24.99.
