City Stalwart Caravaggio has been organising Christmas parties for years. The swanky Italian restaurant, set in an art-deco former banking hall, has a long marble-topped bar, lofty ceilings and all the glamour of a 1930s ocean liner, underscored with bundles of Italian savoir faire.  If it’s a festive feast you’re after, the mezzanine seats 80 diners and can also be divided to accommodate smaller groups of between 20 and 50. The main space accommodates around 250 guests for a standing reception or 140 for sit down affairs. There’s also plenty of room for a live band or a DJ to play all of the yuletide classics and keep the party going.
