About Venue
The Forbury Square business centre is in a prominent central location in the hub of Reading's recently redeveloped dynamic business district, close to the high street and main railway station. The building enjoys views over the award-winning Forbury Gardens. An oasis of peace in the centre of town, this delightful walled Victorian garden backs onto the ruins of Reading Abbey and lovely riverside walks. Reading is at the heart of the south east economy and, according to the Centre for Cities, is one of the five most recession-resilient 'cities' in the UK. It has also won accolades as 'best European city for infrastructure'. A key factor in this success is the town's high-value knowledge economy, which is based on varied sectors but primarily the three Is - IT, Investment and Insurance.
The space is 21 sqm.

RMSI has been based at Regus Forbury Square, Reading, for almost five years, and the experience has been consistently excellent. The facilities and location are ideal for our business, but what truly stands out is the exceptional support from the reception team. Celina and Luvica are always professional, welcoming, and proactive in ensuring everything runs smoothly. Their dedication and customer focus make a real difference — a great example of outstanding service.

I’ve had a consistently excellent experience at Regus – Reading Forbury Square. The building itself is modern, professional, and well-maintained, creating a great first impression for anyone visiting. The offices are bright, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and a layout that supports both focused work and collaboration. The on-site staff are always friendly, attentive, and quick to help—whether it’s sorting out meeting room bookings, handling mail, or making sure everything runs smoothly day-to-day. Their professionalism really adds to the overall experience. The location couldn’t be better. Situated right in Forbury Square, it’s close to public transportation, cafés, and green spaces, making it convenient for both team members and clients. Overall, Regus – Reading Forbury Square is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a high-quality, flexible workspace in a prime location. I highly recommend it to businesses of any size.

My experience with Regus – Davidson House, Reading has been extremely concerning. I completed a one-year agreement arranged through Callum Munro. Before signing, communication was excellent. After signing, support significantly declined. When my contract was due to end, I clearly selected “I do not want to continue” through the renewal emails (more than once). I also physically attended the centre and informed management that I was relocating and would not be renewing. My intention to terminate was clearly communicated. Despite this, I was later told to provide proof of cancellation. It is unreasonable to expect customers to screenshot automated cancellation clicks in case of internal system errors. If there was an administrative failure, that responsibility should not be transferred to the client. When I attempted to raise a complaint, it was redirected back to the same source rather than being independently reviewed. I am now receiving legal letters demanding payment until September 2026, despite having cancelled and formally notified them of my relocation. This has caused unnecessary financial and mental stress. I strongly advise anyone considering this centre to carefully review auto-renewal clauses, obtain written confirmation of cancellation, and document everything. This is my genuine personal experience shared in the interest of transparency.
