1st visit here, a winding road to get to the hotel, it can be quite narrow in places with poor visibility, best to keep speed down. Large car park area, smoking shelter outside, quaint, luxurious and beautiful interior with wonderful features, decorations and stain glass windows. Check-in very fast and efficient Room was very spacious, bed and pillows very comfortable. Small wardrobe, limiters on windows, extra thick curtains. No power points at side of bed. Bathroom very nice and clean. Bar and lounge open, enjoyed drinks. Good, hearty breakfast, plenty of choices on offer and plenty of toast. Would stay here again and recommend too.

We recently had our wedding at this venue and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. From start to finish, everything was handled with such care, professionalism, and genuine warmth. A very special mention has to go to Veronika, the wedding planner, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From our first meeting right through to the big day itself, she was organised, reassuring, and always willing to help. She made everything feel effortless and ensured every detail was exactly how we imagined it. We’d also like to thank Bill, the MC, who ran the meal service and the timings of the day perfectly. Everything flowed so smoothly thanks to him, and he also did a fantastic job coordinating the evening reception. Another special thank you goes to Heather, who was quite possibly the kindest member of staff on the grounds. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and her warmth and helpfulness really stood out on the day. The whole team made us and our guests feel incredibly welcome and looked after. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning their special day.
