Yesterday we celebrated our daughter's wedding, the staff were wonderful , the service was great . The venue looked amazing, the food was lovely. We would like to thank Heather, the wedding coordinator who was fabulous. Also Margaret and Anne who was so lovely and helpful. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. We recently had our wedding reception and evening celebration at Astley Bank Hotel, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue. From start to finish, Veronika and the entire team were absolutely incredible. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our special day ran smoothly. The venue itself was beautiful, the food was fantastic, and the atmosphere created for our reception and evening do was everything we had hoped for. Our guests have commented on how wonderful the service was and how welcomed they felt throughout the day and evening. A special thank you to Veronika, whose support, organisation, and dedication were outstanding. She played a huge part in making our wedding day so memorable, and we are incredibly grateful. My son had his 25th wedding anniversary here they gave us a room all to ourselves. The table were set out beautifully. The staff were very attentive and efficient and the three course meal was worthy of Michelin star everything was perfectly cooked and the dessert was out of this world and the combination of flavours and textures was perfect. We could not have had a nice meal anywhere. We eat here often, and I’ve never been disappointed., rooms are lovely and comfortable with lovely bedding and soft pillows. I cannot recommend this place, Highly enough.
