June 2024I've never stayed onsite before, but this was perfect. We had an early morning flight from T5, so we decided to give this hotel a go. We would absolutely do it again, it was a short walk straight to the terminal. The parking was in the same place, too, so the logistics all worked out well. We got "guests of the day" upgrades on arrival, which was such a lovely surprise. The rooms are lovely, the bar/restaurant areas are great, too. It's a very impressive place, very spacious. There were lots of breakfast options, which was great before a very long travel day. Thank you, we'll be back.

June 2024A great location with easy access to the airport. In the evening, the lounge has a great selection of food and provides a hot breakfast on request in the morning. Sadly the building itself is starting to look tired in places and needs an update. Rooms are very quiet, but power points not working no USB charging points and the shaving mirror hanging off the bathroom wall at an unusable angle.

June 2024The staff were incredibly friendly. You can tell that they all love their jobs. We paid a little extra to upgrade and add on the breakfast and the lounge access and we felt that it was worth the price. The room was very spacious. The decor was classical but not old fashioned. The only downside for some may be the distance from the hotel to the city centre, which is 45-60 minute drive/transport away, but we were only in London for two days, and this was our second visit to this city so we passed on the typical touristy locations this time, and our flight out was in Terminal 5 (which is only a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel), so this was perfect for us.

June 2024The hotel was conveniently located for our early departure (6.15) It was so big and busy. Check in had a queue, restaurants had a queue and was not relaxing after a long and busy day. We stayed in our room. Tariff was high for this lack of tranquility. Room comfortable but in personal. Only enough of any one hot drink for one drink ie either evening or morning. Lift not working near our room but check in clerk still sent us that way. No availability to have breakfast before 6. Not even as room service

May 2024Great location to stay at T5! So convenient for an early flight. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff at the reception were very abrupt at check in. The staff in the bar were so efficient and friendly. The food and drinks are overpriced. Food was average but I guess you don't have much choice to go elsewhere so they can get away with it! Tried to get in the restaurant that had lots of empty tables but could not get in as was fully booked with empty seats! The staff at the restaurant desk seemed a bit overwhelmed! Maintenance in the public area is terrible! 3 sinks out of 4 not working in the lobby toilets. The furniture in the bar is all battered and damaged and does not reflect the hotel rating and price they charge for food and drinks. Will definitely explore better solutions in the future!
