Should the Hirer cancel the booking, the following charges will apply: Up to 45 days before the Event - 50% of the Total Venue Hire Fee; Less than 45 days before the Event - 75% of the Total Venue Hire Fee; Less than 30 days before the Event - 100% of the Total Venue Hire Fee; Less than 48 hours from the Event - 100% of the Estimated Event Cost

February 2024Birmingham's top co-working space for sure! The space is light and airy with an adundance of plants, their company mission is clear throughout everything they have, and the community is excellent. The breakfast event they put on every month is insane!!
