At eden, we pride ourselves on organising and delivering the very best corporate events – we understand each group is different and our customers have individual requirements and budgets.

eden Gunwharf Quays is an exclusive waterfront venue located in the heart of Portsmouth’s most fashionable shopping outlet. The beautiful restaurant is ‘Garden of eden’ themed with blossom trees, trailing ivy and floor to ceiling windows enabling panoramic views over the marina. Our menu includes traditional English dishes such as steak, seafood, pasta, burgers, curries and salads as well as many vegetarian & vegan options - and our signature 2ft pizzas which are cooked onsite in our clay pizza oven. The restaurant also features a stylish cocktail bar - and a gin bar offering more than 16 different varieties of gin.

At the back of the venue there are three themed rooms, Disco, Paradise and Hedonist, all available for private hire.

eden is the only multi-room venue in Portsmouth offering stylish eating, drinking and corporate/private hire options all under one roof!

RESTAURANT (capacity: 240 for sit-down dinners and corporate lunches)
The restaurant incorporates a stylish balcony terrace overlooking the water. You could be forgiven for thinking you are on the French Riviera when the sun shines on the yachts in the marina. You can book space for a seated breakfast, lunch or dinner in the restaurant or a buffet any time of the day incorporating part of the restaurant and balcony exclusively for your group. If you are a large group, you can book out the entire restaurant as a private hire or take a section of it for a daytime meeting or away day.

HEDONIST (capacity: 140 for sit-down dinners, 300 for buffets) Conferences: 140 banquet-style, 200 theatre style
Our large ‘club’ room (Hedonist) is great for corporate events - and conferences with a unique vibe. It is perfect for both private dinners and buffets. Hedonist is available for hire all day and night, every day of the week. There is a DJ booth and two fully stocked bars, plus a great light and sound system. We can also provide a stage, screen and microphone for presentations and awards if you require them.
Hedonist provides a blank canvas, allowing you to be creative with themes. If you’d like suggestions for entertainment, just ask – we can usually supply whatever you need to make your event really special. Recent events in Hedonist incorporated a giant Scalextric track and retro games machines!

PARADISE (capacity: 40-200 for corporate drinks parties & buffets)
Our beautiful Hawaiian Tiki room boasts a cocktail bar serving an amazing range of fresh cocktails including our famous sharer cocktails, created and served by our professional mixologists. Paradise is available for private hire every day and night of the week. Think buffets, smaller sit-down dinners and drinks parties. There are 8 ‘beach hut’ booths seating 90 people, a DJ booth complete with bongos - and screens where you can display your company logo or message. This room is also fully equipped to offer Karaoke which is fast becoming the most popular addition to our events portfolio!

DISCO (capacity: 700, seats 160 for sit-down dinners and 70 in bookable booths)
Famous for its iconic flashing dance floor and sounds of the 80s, 90s & 00s, our Disco room is loved by all age groups. It has a large bar and two ‘Insta-walls’ including the now-famous ‘butterfly’ and ‘Looking hot’ glitter walls. If you particularly like this space, you could book it out exclusively for your corporate event or private hire – please ask for availability.
Just like Paradise, Disco is now fully equipped with ‘Room-a-oke’ – an interactive karaoke experience which is available for all private hires – sing along with blow-up microphones and guitars while the words bounce on screens around the room!

PRIVATE BESPOKE PARTIES
Prices for bespoke parties are based on your number of guests and the date. Below gives some examples of the costs:
• Welcome drink of Prosecco or beer at £5 per person
• Set lunch or dinner package from £17.50 per person
• Buffet from £17.50 per person
• Breakfast buffet from £7.50 per person
• Drinks vouchers at £4.50/£5.50 per person

ABOUT THE VENUE
eden Portsmouth is located in Gunwharf Quays and is near the Historic Dockyard and iconic Spinnaker Tower. It has onsite parking and is 5 minutes walk from the coach and bus stations, train stations, taxi ranks, Gosport Ferry, Isle of Wight Ferry and Hovercraft. It is easily accessed from the M275, and junction 12 of the M27. There are numerous hotels in Portsmouth, all within a short taxi ride of the venue.
