Excellent office space. The entire area is very neat and clean. The meeting rooms and community seating areas are well designed, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff are respectful, polite, and always willing to help, which creates a very welcoming and professional environment. Highly recommended.

I signed up for a small office with Regus at an agreed rent of £400 per month + VAT. After only six months, my rent was suddenly increased to £524 per month — a 31% increase — without any clear notice, explanation, or my explicit approval. On top of that, Regus added charges for services (such as IT and kitchen services) that were never requested or authorised. I had to dispute these just to get partial credit notes issued. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I am willing to pay a fair and reasonable market rent. In Reading, normal office rent increases are typically single-digit percentages per year, not 30%+ in half a year. Regus refused to justify this increase in any meaningful way. This experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely avoidable. Instead of working with customers in good faith, Regus appears to rely on automatic renewals and opaque billing to impose large, unjustified increases. If you are a small business, startup, or sole director, be extremely careful. Check every invoice and don’t assume Regus will act fairly unless challenged. I would not recommend Regus based on my experience.
