Veeno Reading's main venue can be partially hired as we have different sections that can be privatised, depending on the day of the week. From small groups to 30-50 guests, we can privatise an area for you and propose drinks and food from our menu!

February 2024Italian afternoon tea was so beautiful, so delicious. Sian has looked after us with grace and professionalism. Amazing alternative to your typical afternoon tea with sandwiches and scones 😏

February 2024Had an amazing time here on a fine wine tasting which I booked for my beautiful daughter’s birthday . We didn’t know what to expect , we had 2 hours of wine tasting . Our host was excellent explaining the flavours of the wine and mixing the flavours with the right food 🥘 can not recommend enough a real 5 star experience and a treat - will definitely be coming back

March 2024The food was great. We ordered the Italian style tapas, so we had a range of various dishes. Portions were decent, the presentation was great, and all full of flavour and well prepared. We had to go with a pizza too, just to try it, and this was also very nice and genuinely authentic. We were placed in a different area of the restaurant from everyone else for some reason, so this is the reason for the low score on the atmosphere. The service was pretty decent, but being in a separate area meant we were a touch overlooked on occasion. All in all, it was a very pleasant meal and we would no doubt visit again.

February 2024Came for the Italian afternoon tea on Valentine's Day. Food was very nice, had plenty of space for our pram which was appreciated and we were given a warm greeting. But sadly after the food came the service was close to nonexistent. Despite Andre the manager telling us he'd come back to check on us. We eventually had to walk up to the bar to ask for our hot drinks which came with the food. As a result, our lunch sitting took over 2 hours. Shame as we enjoyed the food.
