Beautiful hotel, very clean and quiet. Rooms very big and beds super comfy! Positioned perfectly for large shopping mall and local town. Both within a 2 min walk. 10 Mins cab ride to Harry Potter!. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect! Not a single bad word to say about my experience at this hotel at all. The staff in my opinion are the best I have ever dealt with, out of all of the hotels I have stayed at over many years. They are all so helpful, positive, very professional and friendly Specially, the Manager John and his colleague Anna I had the pleasure of dealing with both of them where amazing very efficient and really a pleasure to deal with they are truly a credit to this hotel and the hotel industry as a whole. Absolutely no slacking with any single staff member all very consistent and no negativity just a nice relaxing vibe around the hotel. I have stayed in countless hotels all over the world from the very best to some on the lower end of the scale and I have to say taking everything into account, this has been my best stay yet. You feel welcome soon as you arrive and I actually stayed an extra 3 nights I was so impressed. I rarely write reviews but I was to impressed with the way that this hotel is run and I feel the staff and management really deserve to be prased for there consistent professionalism and positive attitude. It is exactly the every hotel should be run in my opinion. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back for a third stay and many more more after that in the future.

On presentation the environment was nice and very easy to find, there was no parking on site but this was not a deal breaker as there was parking close by for a discounted rate. We booked this hotel on recommendation but were given a selection. And we opted for this one The check in time was 4pm which is a little late as most hotels will allow you to check in around 2pm. We asked for a jug of water to be brought up on our arrival and we were advised that we needed to come down and get it from reception. We stayed two nights. On the morning of our departure we had two early morning wake up calls from House keeping who wanted to clean our room. One at 8am one at 10am. Check out was supposed to be at midday. The rooms although nice, they were dusty with basic amenities. The gentleman on the front desk was very pleasant on check out as apposed the man who checked us in who was a little cold for welcoming guests. His first question was did you just book this room. The room had booked in advance and paid for. Its a shame as the the location was great, 2 minutes walk from the great town centre, just not sure I'd be in a rush to stay here again

Check in changed from 3pm till 4 pm after booking, breakfast delivered to the door with no options, not great if you have food allergies. Had a orange juice, out of date pastry, yogurt and melon fruit pot, had tried to contact them beforehand about the breakfast as was told it was no longer a buffet a week before I arrived but nobody bothered responding, and is I'd already booked breakfast, paid for something I couldn't eat. Member of staff came into our room during the night when we were asleep, was told by reception she'd entered the wrong room. Incredibly scary to be woken by somebody opening your room door. Have stayed before and it's been fantastic but has really gone downhill

Friendly service. Rooms were clean and of good standard for the price point. Breakfast selection was good. Only let downs were the coffee machine not doing anything other than black coffee and hot water (no cappuccino etc) and "runny" Ketchup. Would stay again!
