Wyboston Lakes is multi-faceted, yet a beautiful one-off. Situated midway between Cambridge and Milton Keynes and set in 380 acres of rural countryside, less than one hour from London.
Our two dedicated venues, The Training Centre and The Executive Centre, have over 65 meeting rooms, including two large conference rooms for up to 300 delegates.
All rooms have high ceilings, natural light, air-conditioning and advanced technology.
Conference, meeting and event facilities are located within two purpose-built residential centres. A business centre, available 24 hours a day, allows you to access your emails, browse the internet
and print any last minute documents.
There are private lounges for conference leaders and trainers to use, providing a dedicated space to relax and prepare.

The venue has 26 conference and syndicate rooms and 120 bedrooms. The award-winning technology available at the Executive Centre is the result of a customer-focused ITC investment that sets new standards for versatility, flexibility and, most importantly, for reliability. It’s a combination that opens up new horizons for organisers in their quest to achieve professional levels of effectiveness, greater impact, delegate involvement and lasting outcomes.

Great place, spotless. Stopped over for the evening on business. Had a good meal in the restaurant. Fish, chips and peas. Cost a little bit on the steep side but well cooked. Food was served by a high-tech waiter, see video. Give this review a thumbs up if you think this will help others.

Modern, clean, but overpriced. Unfortunately spa unavailable for hotel guests. (separately booking required and not available) Most definitely not perfect, but okay. Luck of ventilation in room, lots of dampness, but modern and good decoration.

Really nice, clean hotel. Service is amazing. Cleaners do amazing work, and the place is spotless. Good tea and coffee provided. It is worth the price The negatives: I wouldn't call it a luxury hotel.... Rooms are small, and there is an insufficient desk area given the clientele who are likely to use this place. The bed is oversized for the room, very comfortable. However, the bedding is terrible. You'll end up wrapped up in the sheet by the morning. Soundproofing is terrible, someone with a very young child there, coughing and crying could be heard 3 rooms down. Lack of attention to detail in places, around the WiFi meshes in one block, you can see damage to plaster. The showers do not ventilate that well. They steam up the whole room. There is no need to visit the steam room once you've had a shower.

The hotel is well fancy, as you'd expect for the price. They have a golf course, gym and spa facilities on site, plus plenty of space for meetings, study sessions and whatever else. Rooms are also very nice, with a good selection of tea in each one. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Only problem? The restaurant. Honestly I can't bring myself to pay 3.50 for s pint of coke, and the breakfast? 17.50. Really? SevenTEEN fifty. That's one seven point five zero. For an English breakfast buffet. Worst thing is, it's not even a buffet on some days. You have to order and wait for your food. Overall pleasant stay, just avoid the restaurant I would say.

Was fine for a quick business stopover. Expected a bit more luxury. Both check-in and check-out, and Bar Service was unfriendly. No smiles here, we both definitely noticed that. Room was fine, but I slept badly - WiFi instructions not provided , and a neon Green LED light in ceiling kept me awake. Ugly view out of the window for a ‘luxury resort’ 😂 But shower pressure was great. Breakfast way too expensive. Evening meal was fine, but again overpriced, and you’ve lost another star for adding a Service Charge. Hate that.
