I was there for 10 day quarantine with a baby and a 9’year old. First of all 90% of the food was Indian and the only meat option was chicken, chicken chicken every single day or vegetarian. I do like an Indian takeaway but not every single day and not everyone is Indian please! We’re coming from several different countries. They call it 5 star but I’d rather have been in a premier inn or B & B for better food choice. I was in quarantine with 2 kids, a baby and 9 year old there was no baby food 5 star hotel paying £1,750pp what a rip off! I asked for at least a blender they couldn’t even give me that I had to order one on Amazon meanwhile my poor baby had to survive on mashed bananas, yoghurt and porridge we’d brought in ourselves until the blender arrived. Food wasn’t always fresh I had 2 spoons of coleslaw, it had gone off and spent the next day with a tummy ache. My 9 year old hated the food Indian every single day I honestly felt for her. She’d just have a few spoonfuls or just eat a roll with butter other than that it was yoghurt and fruit. I ended up buying her cereal and other food online having paid all that money. You call the reception so many times for the same thing it either arrives late, is the wrong thing or they don’t bother. The only nice thing were security who were friendly and helpful thank God were home!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Booked to stay this weekend and 3 days before my stay they just cancelled my booking, via email!!!! There was 6 of us staying, 3 rooms booked and the same happened to all bookings. We have train tickets and event tickets and now nowhere to stay. Absolutely appalling for a 5* hotel. I am disgusted, will be doing a full complaint and expect compensation. I'll also be leaving a bad review daily until this is sorted!!

Very positive experience. My wife and I arrived here on the 25th of July with our two young children and ended up staying in quarantine for 19 days because I tested positive on day 8. We were warmly welcomed by Mr Zayn who with his colleagues kindly put us in a nice room that was spacious enough for the kids mental health. Reception staff and security staff were nice and courteous at all times during our quarantine. We were quite apprehensive before checking in but ended up being pleasantly surprised.
