Okay place, the staff were quite rude, when you would need assistance from staff they would just be on their phones or having conversations between themselves but the rides and games are really cool and good. The machines for ride token cards are really easy to use. Overall is okay 👍🏻

- Went with two adults and two kids ages 6 & 8 on the weekend of half term - Wow! It’s was packed and an assault on all your senses, which was expected. - There are many activities for all ages to get involved. We did queue for a couple of the games and also a bit for the main attraction…the indoor rollercoaster, which I didn’t expect to be a thrill, but it was. Us adults definitely enjoyed it more than the kids! - The top up and card system is a great idea, however would love it to be simplified especially if it’s your first time and if there’s no staff present to help. - We opted for £25, it didn’t last and had to top up again. In addition, a kind lady gave us her card as she was leaving as she had no use for it. The kids played many games and went on two rides. - We stayed for 2 hours, a decent amount to get round most of the arcade. The kids had a blast! With all the points collected from the games they got to pick out toys from the Winners Station, which rounded off the day. - One thing staff should note to customers upon arrival is to keep/use your card for entry the bathroom! - Overall the place is buzzing with energy and an entertaining day out!

Great place to have fun with kids. A bit expensive but worth it. Our daughter couldn't enjoy all the attractions because too young, but what she was allowed to do, was great!!!

Great place for a family day out. Easy to top up the card for games and rides. All tickets add up for great prizes.
