We especially enjoyed the excellent location of this hotel, 5 minute walk from the Tube (Gloucester Road) and in a quiet street. The building is typical of the charming and classy Kensington neighbourhood. Our room was spacious and breakfast adequate with friendly and efficient service. We will consider this hotel again for our next visit.

Staff were outstanding at this hotel, very kind and professional. The lift was very small and felt unstable and the rooms were on the small side but at the same time was stylish and comfy

Room was dirty with hairs on the bed sheets, cracks in window frames , manky soap holder on bath, Dirty bath tap. as you walk through bedroom door it’s like using a turnstile, one in close the door to go past door then someone else can get in , as very small room and not much space for door to open, mould in wardrobe, No plugs near bed, this is advertised as a 4* hotel, it’s no way more like 2* at the very best, staff rude and couldn’t speak English, we definitely won’t be going back, £275 for a discusting room, we’ve stayed in better for cheaper . We ain’t snobs and have stayed in many different places, but this was awful!! we declined breakfast as was far to expensive for what it was ,
