Had my wedding here and it was amazing Elisa did absolutely everything it was organised great the food was delicious and the buffet was one of the best buffets I've ever had. Would definitely recommend for a wedding Elisa was absolutely brilliant can't thank her enough.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in ...I have never heard of a bar closing last orders at 9pm because they close the till ... all hotels i have stayed in take it off your card that you register..the bar had very little choice not even tonic water for a gin!!! No brandy except 1 bottle in the bar next door.. at least faulty towers had a bar beyond this time and an owner that could make you laugh.. this place has no class no soul and no customers. The food was cold and tasteless... we stayed in the hotel 4 nights no cleaners until the day before we left so we had to go and buy towels and toilet roll... you cant buy lunch or an evening meal .. tho to be fair if breakfast was an indicator i wouldnt want it !!¡! the tv doesnt have mainstream tv .. the shower is out of the dark ages and worked off hot and cold taps with a drip ... decor very dated... I had to complain about the first room given to us as the laminate floor was lifting paint flaking off a painted sink... rusty taps bunk beds and double bed, next to a door that opened to a derelict hallway. My advice stay clear worst place I have ever stayed and will never stay again ... not the hillcrest I remember staying in years ago when it was a go to place... On a positive note the staff are lovely and look embarrassed about the situation they are in... very sad!

We had booked this hotel to have a place to crash after a family do, we had heard good things from people who had visited years ago, but a few whispering concerns about the people in the hotel. When we arrived it was clear that most of the budget was spent on the flooring and the purple led lights. None of the staff could find it in them to lead us to our room, and after forty minutes of going up and down searching for our room that wasn’t labelled, and winding up in a staircase filled with beer bottles and rubbish, we found our room only twenty more turns away from where we were told to go. Stressed and already late for getting ready, i go to use the bathroom, and the toilet is half ripped off the wall! caulked with the same amount of energy as the bulbs in the room, which didn’t work when we turned them on! Fed up with the service and the actual amenities in the room, i get in the shower, and while in there i hear the person above our room also get in, and see it too! the roof starts drooping with water and dripping onto me, and because i don’t really want to die in such a horrific hotel, i had to cut my shower short. Though that’s not the best of it, even with the balcony door wide open, the fire alarm had began blaring in our room for two minutes before it had stopped. the vending machine was filled with stale snacks, and the breakfast was mediocre at best, with no one there to help. The sleep wasn’t good, the bed was stiff and i had tried to ask for another pillow, but there were none left and i was given a couch cushion instead. Overall, I wouldn’t come here again and any previous recommendations for this place should just be ignored, i didn’t feel safe.
