If event is cancelled 48 hours prior the customer will receive a full refund. Less than 48 hours prior pre payment will not be refunded. If the booking is for a group of 15 guests or more, venue needs to be aware 10 days prior to event that this needs to be cancelled for full refund.

Had a blast at Roxy lanes! The vibe is so good and the staff are amazing. Rochelle looked after us and she was great. Can't wait to visit again, maybe some karaoke next time 🎤

Holly guacamole Kieran amber and Emma were just amazing, I have messed up booking and they were so kind to help me fix it. On top of that the service was excellent and we had simply so much fun

So much fun tonight for a birthday out!! Got served by a bunch of lovely staff including Erika, Emma, Ashton and David. Awesome staff, really make the experience better. 5/5 stars, would highly recommend!!

Did a walk in game of bowling with friends and we had so much fun we stayed for Karaoke, which they had a good selection of songs. Lovely venue, tons of games to play. You'd definitely get your step count up with the stairs there 😂 side note- I think possibly the largest and nicest bathroom I've ever been in, you could do cartwheels in that place

Went for a work night out and the whole team were fantastic at looking after us and making sure we had a good time. Booking was easy, communication leading up to the day was great, and the evening itself was flawless. Thank you so much to the whole team for making it such an enjoyable night.
