    My friends and I did the Hotel of Horrors over the bank holiday weekend a couple of weeks ago, and it was such a blast! Definitely scarier than I expected—though maybe we were just too “in the zone,” and the creepy background music made everything feel way more intense. Our gamemaster, Harry, was fantastic: super helpful and incredibly patient with all our chaos, especially since we kept sprinting away at every hint of ghost voices or spooky sound effects!

    We did patient zero and Harry was an amazing games master. A great experience and highly recommend it! We did somehow manage to escape (with some minor help…) and had an amazing time doing g so. Will be back to try the other games!

    Fantastic experience. Lockers (free of charge), tidy, and clean environment. Greeted at the door by our Game master (Adam). We opted for Spy Heroes. Adam set the scene and off we went. He was attentive throughout, needed a few hints at times, but Adam was great at leaving us the time to figure bits out. A super experience, and the multitude of tech-based puzzles was a nice move away from padlocks! Will be back for the horror based ones, after hearing the occasional scream from other rooms 🤣

    My friends and I did psychopath’s den. The GM was really enthusiastic and helpful ( Harry ! ). The room itself was really cool , it was pretty dark but we ended up finding 2 torches and a walkie that had its own torch. The puzzles were pretty good and solvable we wasted a lot of time looking for a key that was right in front of us 🤣 There were 6 of us in total and we finished just over an hour.

    Our escape room experience here was good. We were a bit late, and the staff were very good in dealing with this. The escape room itself (we chose the horror one) was brilliant and extremely hard compared to other ones I've been to, which is a good thing. I do feel we were given too many clues at the end to make us feel like we hadn't done badly and so that we could actually escape, but this took away from the experience. I'd rather fail with dignity than be helped with my way out. I would suggest the staff don't do this in future.
