Established in 1975, Party Ingredients may have started on the dinner party circuit, but the company now caters to high-profile events including award ceremonies, film premiere parties and particularly weddings.

It is also the sole caterer for a growing number of wedding venues in the City, including Saddlers' Hall, Skinners' Hall and Apothecaries' Hall. Founder and executive chef Peter Gladwin is passionate about ingredients and uses locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Pulborough asparagus, Nutbourne tomatoes and Sussex beef all feature on his seasonal menus and everything, including bread and chocolates, is made fresh in the company’s shiny new Canary Wharf kitchens.

With 48 full-time staff and over 200 specially trained part-timers, Gladwin is supported by a dynamic team of professionals, who can help with anything from venue-finding and event coordination to bespoke menu design for lunches, dinners or receptions.
