I used to go here as a teenager, so it's been many years. But I visited very recently, and it's even better than I remember! A lot more interactive areas to learn history, great for kids and history nerds.

This is an amazing museum that shows many aspects of modern war. Well worth a visit if you can make the time. War isn't a pretty subject but it is a harsh reality of our lives. The museum presents it all well. It isn't always uplifting but very informative.

Incredible museum with so much to see and read. Full size aircraft, tanks, vehicles, rockets and so much more. The quality of the exhibits is amazing and only small downside is that there is too much to take in! Needs a few hours and patient children Amazingly it is free too!!

An incredibly powerful and rich experience about the history of Britain. An amazing exhibit that brought so much emotion and feeling to the holocaust exhibit that really was well done. Truly a great experience to walk through and participate in. Be tu lucky this is free entry to people, must go.

Incredible collection and very well curated. I'm very impressed by both the collection and the accompanying signage. Two hours is not near enough to take in the entire collection as they cover WWI on the ground floor and WWII on the next level with additional levels above that. I would not recommend this for children, they will not be engaged, this is a museum for adults. There is no gore to frighten the young ones, but there is nothing to entertain them either.
