I have been with Regus for over 10 years Kings Cross - great staff, great offices. However, if you expect even the slightest goodwill for paying on time for 10 years - think again.

I’ve been renting an office at Regus Tottenham Court Road since January 2025, and my experience has unfortunately been extremely disappointing. Air Conditioning (HVAC) Failure: Despite repeated complaints, the air conditioning in my office has been non-functional for nearly a month. The room becomes unusable within 15 minutes unless the door is left open due to lack of ventilation. This has seriously impacted my ability to work and has caused physical discomfort — headaches and fatigue. Misleading Sales Promise – Gym Passes: When signing the contract, I was told that gym passes (Hussle membership) would be provided — 8 per office user per month. For May and June, there was no access. I was later told this was just an “additional benefit” and refused any compensation. Zero Accountability or Resolution: Regus has refused to offer a refund, credit, or even early termination despite the ongoing service failure. Their team responds with pre-scripted legal language rather than meaningful solutions. For the premium rates Regus charges, I expected a functional office space and professional customer care. Sadly, what I received was the exact opposite. I cannot recommend this location — or Regus as a provider — to anyone looking for a reliable, responsive office environment.

My company signed a six-month contract at a somewhat reasonable rate. As the end of the term approached, we wanted to extend for a longer period, something that normally comes with a lower monthly rate. We explicitly opted online not to auto-renew and made multiple requests to speak with someone about extending on better terms. For more than a month, the team was unresponsive, evasive, and utterly unhelpful. Then, without our consent, our contract automatically rolled into a month-to-month agreement with a 30%+ price increase. Over a month later, we still can’t get anyone to discuss a fair long-term renewal, yet we’re being grossly overcharged. Particularly unhelpful and deceitful were Jack Taylor (City Manager) and Ken (Front Desk). As a test, I submitted a fresh enquiry through the website for a new rental. Within 48 hours, I was bombarded with over 15 sales calls, and offered a four-month contract at 25% less than our original six-month rate. That’s right: new customers get far better deals while existing customers are exploited. Meanwhile, the facilities have gone downhill fast. Examples: a faulty, deafening fire alarm system that goes off repeatedly and wrecks calls and meetings; one of the two lifts broken for over three months; filthy bathrooms. The list is long and shameful. This place is a textbook case for a class action lawsuit. Any ambitious lawyer could make a name for themselves here.
