Excellent services, very tidy and neat room too. Rooms were quiet and nice. Location was also excellent. Breakfast, yes, is repetitive but I did not mind as the quality of food offered were amazing, so it was exciting to eat every morning during our stay. The lounge also had “light dinners” (hot meal snacks I suppose you can call), suited for people like us who had heavy lunch and preferred to eat lightly later. It was different everyday and all delicious. Overall, one of the best hotels we’ve stayed over at, and would love to stay again one day! Thank you.

I recently stayed at this hotel in London and had an excellent experience overall. The location is perfect, with easy access to key attractions, transportation, and great areas for walking and exploring. The facilities are modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and truly live up to the 5-star standard. ‏One small inconvenience was that I brought my own travel bidet sprayer hose, and hotel engineer did not fix it for me. However, this was minor compared to the overall quality of the stay. ‏I also want to express my sincere thanks to EKUA. On one morning I missed the breakfast timing, yet the staff were extremely friendly and helpful—they still arranged breakfast for me, which I really appreciated. ‏Overall, my stay was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel if you looking for a big room compared with other London hotels.
