Novotel London City South, Millennium 1 & 2

Stayed here for a work event, so made us of the conference room on the first floor as well. Lunch, breakfast and snacks included. The staff was efficient and polite, both at reception and restaurant. The room was clean, comfy and a great size, especially the bed! Good selection of food at the buffet both for lunch and breakfast 👍🏼 overall, I think it's a great place to stay, quiet and a good location.

Absolutely fantastic. I attended a course here with Frank Flegg of the insight group. Great room and awesome atmosphere. The staff were extremely supportive and always willing to help in one way or the other. On the last day I accidentally forgot my portable charger. I rang the hotel to notify them. The person at the front desk (Gayantri), was very kind to collect the charger and keep it for me to collect the next day. During the three days of the seminar the staff at the conference rooms, on the first floor were equally helpful and empathetic. Top marks to all the people in the dining area (including Mohammed) who were very kind and helpful too.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is really well located with all the food and drink you could wish for at nearby Borough Market area and the rest of London in easy reach with great transport links. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and peaceful with every amenity we needed. I’m unconvinced by the open-plan style bathroom - does not really add to the experience in my opinion (maybe makes the room appear bigger?) and it makes using the toilet feel less private but that said it would not put me off staying again. We really enjoyed breakfast - great selection that was fresh and kept replenished. A big thank you to the team - everybody was friendly and helpful.
