We had a very comfortable stay at Novotel London Bridge with our family and two children, including a four month old baby. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very convenient for getting around London. The location is excellent, with easy access to buses and the tube nearby. It made travelling with kids much easier. Staff were friendly and the overall experience was very positive. We would happily stay again.

Great location for The Globe and Borough Market within easy walking distance. Easy access to the bus. Hotel was lovely and spacious. Rooms were modern and quiet, I had a great night's sleep. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Lovely hotel, bonus having a restaurant and bar onsite. Great service, room was ready even though we arrived early. The only little niggle there is no ceiling light as you enter the bedroom which made that area dark, thats where the wardrobe and mirror were so quite difficult. Great location, 5 minutes walk to the Southbank. Our 2nd visit and we will return.

Great location with easy access to major landmarks. Borough Market is a short walk with some excellent food options. Good breakfast places close by if you decide not to buy the breakfast each day. We had a slight issue with our booking when we arrived but the lovely front desk person sorted it out, she was very nice and efficient. The downstairs lobby area is really nice, great restaurant option for snacks, drinks or late night dessert! The room layout is a bit weird with an open plan bathroom style. Privacy is a bit hard when you don’t have a separate bathroom - I was travelling with my husband and teenage son so privacy for everyone was challenging. Comfy beds and pillows - not to soft! Overall, a great stay.
