A fun venue but we waited 2 and a half hours to sing the songs we had picked only for the staff to either remove them from the queue or push the songs back for other people (songs were inoffensive choices like defying gravity and takedown from kpop demon hunters) when other people got multiple chances to sing.

For being a queer venue, two of the hosts were rude and not very welcoming. They didn’t really have a sense of humour. Also the order of the karaoke is unfair, one group had their sings come up for three hours straight and our group had one song. I wouldn’t recommend, much better venues elsewhere with more entertaining hosts

Discriminatory staff. We had a booking for 19:00 and arrived at 18:57 to find the doors open, music playing, and staff inside. The host barked at us to “wait outside,” even when we explained our booking was for 19:00. We were told to wait 5–10 minutes, then again turned away at 19:05. At 19:18 the same person smirked at us, wedged the door open, and only after laughing at us told us to come in. Inside, the same host immediately gave us an aggressive “warning” about not discriminating or touching staff, which felt unfair and hostile. When we tried to sit at a booth, they barked again that we couldn’t sit there. The whole experience was so rude and uncomfortable that we left. What should have been a fun night with friends instead felt unwelcoming, intimidating, and even discriminatory. Really disappointing - we won’t be returning.

I assume it’s lots of fun if you’re a young person, but mostly if you’re a “queer” person and that’s part of your personality. If you’re in your 30s, and a gay guy, they give you horrible looks in the queue and then say they’re full and treat you awfully. When I questioned them, I was lectured by people much younger than me.
