From the moment we met desk team, everything was outstanding. Attention to detail, helpfulness of reception (we had an great team - Ioama and Che!) the stay was for my boyfriend’s birthday and the staff made it exceptionally special. Thank you very much.

Great hotel in London Really enjoyed our stay here. You can tell why the hotel is in a higher price range – the quality and service match it. Check-in was quick and easy, and we were grateful to Ioana and Che for helping us get into our room earlier than expected. The room was on a high floor, nicely sized, and very comfortable. Breakfast was also great – lots of tasty options to choose from.

This is a great hotel - BUT be warned, they play extremely loud music all day and night. I wouldn’t stay here for business again as it’s midnight and the music can still be heard all the way up the floors and into the bedrooms. It feels disrespectful to paying guests to not provide a place where you can reliably sleep. It gives me the impression they would rather prioritise being cool in the eyes of lobby guests than provide the service a hotel is meant to do.

When I checked-in, I was asked for a deposit of 200 pounds that would be returned asap to me after check-out. Long story short, the deposit turned out to be 275 pounds and 15 working days after check-out still has not received a refund. Followed up with email, no response. Escalated to bank as of now. In addition to this unpleasant experience, it was a surprise to me that you have to request by yourself room cleaning services. Bad service, good location, okayish rooms, careful with deposit.
