Came down here as I got recommended to come here for drinks and wasn't disappointed at all, Alex welcomed us so warmly and gave us a run down on the drinks and what he would recommend us. Always cracking jokes and made us feel very welcomed. Truly a great experience and customer service at its highest

Had the best experience at Simmons thanks to Charlotte and Ben. From the moment we arrived they were both so welcoming, friendly and attentive, which honestly made the night. Drinks were great, service was quick, and the vibe they created was spot on — fun, relaxed and well looked after without ever feeling rushed.

It was my first time at this Simmons location. My previous experiences at other locations had not been the best however Ben at this location made this experience so much better. His customer service was amazing and the drinks he recommended were delicious! Will definitely be back to this location in the future!

The main room felt like a sauna. It was way too hot. Multiple people complained and it just got warmer. It briefly cooled down and then returned to sauna temperatures. There was no urgency from the bar staff. The girl that made my drinks did it in slow motion. Closing at 11pm on a Friday night is just very strange. The place was full and then the night just abruptly ended. Update: I'm not sure why places bother to reply at all if they are just going to use copy/pasta
