About Venue

4th Floor Studios is a space for hire like no other in East London, upon arrival your guests will enter via an unassuming doorway and be wowed by our large studios offering unique character, complete with props, seating and mirrors.

Over 2 floors we have 2 large studio spaces available, which can be booked individually or as a whole. Outside space with bamboo roof terrace and a huge roof top with view of East London skylines

With two huge adjoining rooms with access to a roof top terrace on the 4th Floor and on large room on the 1st floor. We are the perfect venue for weddings, events, dinners, conferences, launches, parties, receptions, away days and are fully set up to provide full AV capability, tables, chairs, conference facilities, studio lighting and accessories, backdrops, props, musical instruments, PA system,backline and Wifi.

With options for both naturally lit open spaces or a more blacked out atmospheric feel we can cater the space to meet your particular needs.

We are fully licensed to sell alcohol and have an in house chef happy to discuss menus if needed, we are equally happy if you want to use outside catering.

The location is very random and honestly I don’t trust the lift, it’s very “rustic” no one dared to use it. We rented this last year for a formal end of year party and the negotiations and planning were going okay but we had to put down £400 deposit that we never got back. Chased Toby and Hannah multiple times and they ignored us. We are not a company and this is all funded from our own pockets. For the amount we paid they gave us the bare minimum, they try give it a nice rustic look but I think it’s things they found outside. DO NOT USE THIS VENUE! You have been warned!
