26 Leake Street sits beneath Waterloo Station, in the heart of London's Leake Street graffiti corridor. Spanning over 895 sqm, the venue is made up of five interconnected spaces: Tunnel 1, Tunnel 2, Tunnel 3, The Platform and The Store, each built within the original Victorian railway arches.

The venue combines the cultural credibility of its surroundings with flexible, production-ready architecture. Exposed brickwork and arched ceilings run throughout, giving every space a distinct industrial character while remaining adaptable to a wide range of formats, from live music and club nights to conferences, brand activations, exhibitions and filming.

Every space is equipped with a high-spec digital audio system and built-in lighting rigs, supported by an in-house production partner who manages technical delivery across the venue. This means clients can move between formats, from a seated conference to a standing music event, without needing to bring in separate infrastructure.
