About Venue

Across the road from St. James's Park tube station, the 256-room Conrad St James occupies six floors of a handsome old government building that was converted in 2012. Showcasing some attention-grabbing art, its appeal spans business and leisure, and makes it an attractive venue for seasonal celebrations. With black banquette seating, and dark wood all around, the in-house Blue Boar restaurant has a suitably wintry feel. Its sister bar is similarly snug and has serious vintage appeal, thanks to leather chesterfields, tartan cushions and displays of old gin bottles. Emmeline's lounge is the place for drinks receptions.

My husband and I stayed here for one night after we got married. I made a note on the booking that it was our honeymoon and they upgraded our room. The rooms are so lovely and the bathroom is spacious. Great location and such beautiful decor throughout. They also had fresh flowers at reception that were so beautiful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

If you are thinking about staying at the Conrad, just do it! I recently stayed at the Conrad St James for two nights while on a trip around Europe and had a delightful and memorable experience. This was my favorite hotel stay I've ever stayed in. No detail was left out to enhance the guest experience. From check-in to check out and every moment in between, I felt special, every need taken care of and anticipated. Breakfast was so lovely! Really enjoyed the executive lounge. The turn down service was luxurious. Every single staff member was exceptionally trained. The bed was the best bed I have ever slept in, this is so important and often overlooked in most hotels. I have been telling everybody I know how amazing my stay is. I want to book another trip to London just to stay here. Thank you for making us feel so taken care of! We will be back!

Attention to detail. We were there for our anniversary and the room and service was outstanding. The small things at a hotel makes a big difference. The Pub attached to the hotel had outstanding service and the bartender Wayne knows about keeping his customers happy.

We loved this hotel. Stayed here for 2 nights in August. The tube station is right across the street, lots of eating places within easy walking distance from the more expensive to the 'hole in the wall' kind. The staff was amazing at both check in and checkout, upgraded us without asking and reminded us of the amenities. The breakfast spread was superb and again very gracious and kind attendants. The hotel has an executive lounge and we loved the small eats, desert and drinks. We had a early morning flight to Heathrow and even though I booked an Uber ride, given the hour , it wasn't guaranteed. The receptionist and bell desk person was reassuring and suggested if the driver did not show, they would help us with taxis/ride share. That is the kind of human interaction that makes me a loyal customer.

The Conrad London St. James is an amazing Hotel. The staff have been very friendly and accommodating. They have gone out of their way to make sure that we have what we need throughout our 5 night stay. Our room was ready when we arrived. It was very clean, and inviting… all that you would expect in a 5 Star Hotel. If we ever have an opportunity to visit London again, we would definitely stay here. It is within walking distance of so many amazing sites. We will definitely recommend to friends and family!
