Asked for a poached egg at breakfast. Excellently cooked, which is very rare. All staff were very pleasant, many were from UK, which is also rare. Room serviced while we were there, again unusual post covid, sorry we left it in a mess, didn't expect you. Price exceptional. Under £95 for a double room for 2 nights including a bath, and breakfast. If you can do it, why are other places so expensive. Same price as premier inn (but so much better). I am looking forward to my next overseas trip, as we always stay in Manchester before our flight. I think we will stay with you next time. Thanks for everything, and keep up the good work.

We had a great stay. Staff are friendly and always helpful. Room was modern but basic but very clean which is most important to me. Room was very hot but lovely and comfy bed, pillows and bedding. Toiletries supplied were lovely. Only tiny thing i could fault was that the bar area was not staffed on Monday morning for a coffee but staff on reception helped and I got my coffee. Overall great experience, will definitely be back 😊 thanks

I especially enjoyed the European breakfast. Pricing for my room was very competitive whilst the level of cleanness was a bit sub-standard. Many shops, pubs, and Newcastle Central Station are within walking distance. Also Times Square car park is just across the street what makes coming by car easy despite the central location. One star subtracted as they are not able to send me an invoice copy for days now (please do reply to my e-mail if your read this, thank you).
