Each chef has trained for over five years to become a master of their craft. Our team of expert Asian chefs has been hand-picked to bring you the finest of Japanese cuisine. Each year, our chefs return to their home countries to allow them to stay in touch with their roots and their cooking traditions. This also lets them source the best recipes and reinvent them to bring you food that is authentic, inspiring and contemporary.

March 2024Cannot fault this place. Service was amazing. The staff where all amazing, so happy and so friendly. Most importantly the food was also amazing. First time at sapporo and will definitely be back. Really good night and great atmosphere.

January 2024I came here for my friend’s birthday and I had a really lovely time. It was fun to see the chef make the food in front of us and the staff were lovely. We had a starter, main and sushi and the food was amazing. (were students so we had 50% off and we each spent from about £20-30). I will definitely be coming back.

March 2024Fun experience, the beginning of the meal is interactive but once they have finished cooking you are left alone to eat which I appreciated. I wasn't prepared nor did I enjoy the part where the chef throws potatoes at you and you have to catch them in your mouth. Other than that it was good, I'm just not a very outgoing person in that way. The food was good, especially the starters. The staff were very accommodating and polite, I didnt feel like I was a nuisance to them which is always nice. If you're looking for something different, maybe for a first date, a birthday or just to mix things up in your dinner schedule, this is a cool place to try.
