Very low customer satisfaction. Unkind and extortionate business. I was sent an automated several-thousand-pound 2-year payment lump-sum penalty fine just because of a 1-month missed payment. There was no apology for the mix-up. Did not renew my contract after 2 years and they are still sending automated emails with the whole barrage of teams emailing trying to extort money. Regus sends at least 5-10 automated emails to pay every month, constantly threatening extortionate payments even after you tell them to stop. These trigger-happy automated harassment emails come from The Accounts team, The Headquarters, and Hamilton House having no coordination with one another. None of these emails reply back, although it is not a Do Not Reply email address. When they do write back, they come back from the most repulsive and unhelpful angle possible such as illustrated above. None of which caters to the customer's needs; blaming the customer. All entities rogue in what they are "supposed" to do legally. A disgusting and terrible service. Typical of England and UK as a whole. Amounting to disrespect, harassment and extortion of the customer. Regus is a disgusting business with no initiative to help your business grow.
