Loved everything about this hotel. Lovely interior decoration and atmosphere. Nice breakfast with some quality items (and some not). Spacious and quiet rooms (we had bath tub). Even had the chance to use the sauna once. Perfect location walking distance from London Bridge station (direct train from Gatwick). Awesome surroundings to take a walk around the hotel - Borough market/yard as well as the bank with restaurants. Will definitely book again.

We booked a conference room for 3 days at the Novotel London Bridge. Throughout the whole stay we were very well catered for and the facilities were excellent - it was exactly what we were looking for! The hotel reached out in advance to make sure our needs were met and in particular we’d like to call out Kelvin for his excellent service, can-do customer focused attitude and support throughout the three days!

Very friendly welcome. The hotel is well located and we had a room with a beautiful view on the Shard. The room was modern and clean. Be careful with the shower: the floor is slippery !Breakfast is of good quality with plenty of choice. The bar is a good place for a drink. But… the bed is very small for 2 persons. It is no more the common standard for a 4* hotel. However we will come back again as we felt well.

Nice Hotel, cute entrance and good decor. Service is great and people at the front were very nice. Location was great! Close to Borough Market. We stayed 2 nights. The hotel has some sewer problems it seems like because the bathrooms in the lobby smell very bad. The water does not go down the drain on the second floor. The beds are not amazing and the pillows are very thin. They use Rituals which was nice except no lotion or conditioner. Rooms were clean and nicely arranged. Coffee is instant coffee, and they provide packets of milk in fridge.

The hotel is really in a fabulous location and is super clean. Staff was friendly. We had issues with our room so that’s why it’s a three star review. Room 641. Great view of The Shard. Our first night we turned in for bed quite late and we roasted. It was so hot. We opened the window but it doesn’t open very far so it didn’t help much. Told reception and they said all we could do is make sure the heat was turned off (it was). So we left the window open all day and the next night we slept better. But the room wasn’t what I thought I booked - the bathroom was open into the bedroom and I thought it would be enclosed. Staying with our teenage son and showering with see-through doors was not my favorite! Also he should have had a double sofa bed but it was a single. Our safe wasn’t working, the toilet clogged, and the shower drain didn’t drain well. They fixed the safe and toilet but not the shower. We got a chuckle out of the sign saying the floor gets slippery and just ask for a bath mat. Why not just put bath mats in the room? And this is nitpicky but the only place I could dry and style my hair by a mirror was by sitting in the corner on the bed and there wasn’t enough light. Breakfast is fine but they were slow to replenish things. Had dinner the first night at the restaurant and it wasn’t great. They had an event in process so I think they weren’t at the top of their game for the hotel guests dining. All in all, it was a two-night trip and was just fine. But I wouldn’t say it was the best.
