Also known as The Home of The Kinks it is now a sophisticated and relaxing eatery, serving a variety of delectable Mediterranean dishes. The Clissold Arms, established in 1850, is a family owned local Gastropub with a longstanding history within the community. Our journey began with a passion for quality ingredients and a desire to create a menu that reflects our love of Greek cuisine, enjoyed in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

We recently organised a major event at The Clissold Arms, and the experience was outstanding! The manager and staff were incredibly helpful during the planning process and went above and beyond on the day. They were friendly, flexible, and made everything run smoothly. Celebrated a party for my daughter, for both friends and family, with circa 70 guests. The team was patient l, flexible and helped me to make the best decision, accomodating last minute changes without any problems. On the day, I was given early access to put up decorations. The food quantity was much more than I expected and was so tasty. Everything was beautiful and well organised and the team made us feel really special and we could enjoy the day because everything was looked after. Thank you so much to Bianca, Costas, Dimitri and the entire staff!
