What’s included in the venue hire price?

A grand, festively dressed hall for your evening party, Christmas trees, lighting, themed tables, event manager, staff, and core AV (mic, background music, DJ/band stage) are included. It’s effectively walk-in ready.

Does the venue provide catering, or can I bring my own food and drinks?

Comprehensive in-house festive catering (three-course dinner or substantial buffet) with a fully staffed bar. External catering isn’t used; vegetarian/vegan menus are readily provided.

Can I decorate or brand the venue for my event?

Add light branding, photo backdrops, logo on menu cards, company crackers or a DJ booth banner layered onto the existing Christmas décor. The team ensures everything complements the theme.

Is the venue accessible, and what about transport?

Fully accessible via lift/ramps. Westminster/Victoria stations are close; several secure car parks are 5-10 minutes’ walk. Public transport is recommended in peak season.

What’s the pricing structure?

Per-guest packages from £169 + VAT (example “Narnia” dinner; min 240 guests). Price bundles venue, food, drinks allowance and entertainment basics.

If more than 7 days before event start date, 90% of room hire fee if rooms are not re-sold or £50+VAT admin fee less deposits paid; 1-6 days before event start date, 100% of room hire fee plus 100% of catering less deposits paid if rooms are not re-sold, or £50+VAT plus 100% catering less payment for any beverages and less deposits paid.
