A grand, festively dressed hall for your evening party, Christmas trees, lighting, themed tables, event manager, staff, and core AV (mic, background music, DJ/band stage) are included. It’s effectively walk-in ready.

Does the venue provide catering, or can I bring my own food and drinks?

Comprehensive in-house festive catering (three-course dinner or substantial buffet) with a fully staffed bar. External catering isn’t used; vegetarian/vegan menus are readily provided.

Can I decorate or brand the venue for my event?

Add light branding, photo backdrops, logo on menu cards, company crackers or a DJ booth banner layered onto the existing Christmas décor. The team ensures everything complements the theme.

Is the venue accessible, and what about transport?

Fully accessible via lift/ramps. Westminster/Victoria stations are close; several secure car parks are 5-10 minutes’ walk. Public transport is recommended in peak season.

What’s the pricing structure?

Per-guest packages from £169 + VAT (example “Narnia” dinner; min 240 guests). Price bundles venue, food, drinks allowance and entertainment basics.

Church House Westminster occupies a Grade II listed, Sir Herbert Baker-designed building opened by King George VI in 1940 that's since hosted UN meetings, wartime Parliament and royal occasions. Its 30-foot glass dome tops nineteen flexible spaces, backed by over £1 million invested in sound, lighting and broadcast equipment. A very nice place to host a business event in the heart of London. The venue has a professional feel, the staff were helpful and the overall service was good. It is well suited for so called london meetings, conferences/events, with a well organised atmosphere The only minor issue was the parking. It was not very well maintained on the day and the area where we parked did not feel suitable for some of the guests attending a professional event. apart from that, the venue itself was impressive and in a great location. Overall a lovely place and a good choice for business in London
