Does the venue provide catering, or can I bring my own food and drinks?

In-house service only, afternoon tea, canapés & champagne, or a plated dinner for small groups. Menus tailored for intimate dining.

Can I decorate or brand the venue for my event?

Subtle touches, branded menus, place cards, small florals. The natural light and view are the hero; heavy theming isn’t needed.

Is the venue accessible, and what about transport?

Lift access to the first floor; easy internal navigation. Excellent transport nearby; taxis and short-walk car parks suit drivers.

What’s the pricing structure?

Dry hire ~£900/day or per-guest dining packages that bundle room + menu; no bar minimums.

About Venue

Behind an archway in Dean's Yard sits a Grade II listed building where Churchill once addressed a wartime Parliament, and where recent receptions have marked a Coronation and a State Funeral. Architect Sir Herbert Baker's glass-domed hall anchors nineteen genuinely flexible spaces, each shaped by centuries of history and modern thinking. Our in-house events, catering and AV teams, named Best Conference Venue at the London Venue & Catering Awards 2024, bring contemporary production and decades of expertise to every corporate event.

One of our smaller spaces, the Jubilee Room is situated on the first floor next to the popular Bishop Partridge Hall and can be used as an additional room for a larger event. With its stunning views of Dean's Yard and Westminster Abbey, this intimate space also suits intimate dinners, small discussion groups and can also be used as an office for event organiser's.

If more than 7 days before event start date, 90% of room hire fee if rooms are not re-sold or £50+VAT admin fee less deposits paid; 1-6 days before event start date, 100% of room hire fee plus 100% of catering less deposits paid if rooms are not re-sold, or £50+VAT plus 100% catering less payment for any beverages and less deposits paid.
