What’s included in the venue hire price?

A purpose-built lower-ground training suite (approx. 100 theatre-style) with low stage, projector/screen, integrated audio and mics, Wi-Fi and flexible furniture. An on-site technician support can be included.

Does the venue provide catering, or can I bring my own food and drinks?

In-house delegate catering (tea/coffee breaks, working lunch) served just outside the room. External catering isn’t permitted; menus cover light bites to hot buffets.

Can I decorate or brand the venue for my event?

Yes, logos on screens, pop-up banners, branded handouts, and a stage backdrop are common. Avoid anything permanent on walls; the team will help with placements.

Is the venue accessible, and what about transport?

Step-free via lift with accessible routes and facilities. Minutes from Westminster, St James’s Park and Victoria; minimal on-site parking (loading/blue-badge by arrangement).

What’s the pricing structure?

Dry hire £1,850 + VAT per day as a guide, or per-delegate packages bundling room, AV and catering.

About Venue

Behind an archway in Dean's Yard sits a Grade II listed building where Churchill once addressed a wartime Parliament, and where recent receptions have marked a Coronation and a State Funeral. Architect Sir Herbert Baker's glass-domed hall anchors nineteen genuinely flexible spaces, each shaped by centuries of history and modern thinking. Our in-house events, catering and AV teams, named Best Conference Venue at the London Venue & Catering Awards 2024, bring contemporary production and decades of expertise to every corporate event.

Located on the lower ground floor, the Temple Room is one of three rooms purpose built for meetings, training and workshops. It has its own projector and screen and can be used individually, in conjunction with the Robert Runcie Room, or two other smaller adjacent rooms as a series of breakout areas.

If more than 7 days before event start date, 90% of room hire fee if rooms are not re-sold or £50+VAT admin fee less deposits paid; 1-6 days before event start date, 100% of room hire fee plus 100% of catering less deposits paid if rooms are not re-sold, or £50+VAT plus 100% catering less payment for any beverages and less deposits paid.
